TrueShine Cleaning LLC provides professional residential, commercial, and Airbnb cleaning services. We agree to provide services in a professional and workmanlike manner, in accordance with the specifications agreed upon at the time of booking.
3. Booking and Cancellation
- Booking: Services can be booked via our website or by phone. A confirmation will be sent upon scheduling.
- Cancellation: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and checks. Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Liability and Damages
While we take the utmost care in cleaning your property, accidents can happen. TrueShine Cleaning LLC is fully insured. In the event of damage caused by our staff, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible service, we ask that you:
- Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Secure any pets or valuable items prior to our arrival.
- Inform us of any specific instructions or hazards in the home.
7. Changes to Terms
We serve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
