TrueShine Cleaning LLC provides professional residential, commercial, and Airbnb cleaning services. We agree to provide services in a professional and workmanlike manner, according to the specifications agreed upon at the time of booking.

Booking and Cancellation

  • Booking: Services can be booked via our website or by phone. A confirmation will be sent upon scheduling.
  • Cancellation: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and checks. Late payments may incur additional fees.

While we take great care in cleaning your property, accidents can happen. TrueShine Cleaning LLC is fully insured. If damage is caused by our staff, please notify us within 24 hours of service. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item.
